St Helena help local people face incurable illness and bereavement, supporting them and their families, friends and carers.

The Problem

How do you showcase the entire range of services that an organisation such as St. Helena provide without confusing the audience? The brief was to produce a site with clear signposting that catered for the specific needs of the multiple audience groups.

The Solution

Working closely with our sister agency Jacob Bailey we helped to bring the new St. Helena brand to life online. By developing personas for each of the user groups we were able to understand their specific needs, devising a website structure that allows users to quickly find the information they are looking for. From finding out more about the hospice and the services they provide, to how to donate, join the team, set up a fundraising event, or just take part.
