Through data, technology and creativity we repositioned Ipswich and changed perceptions of the brand.

The Problem

As part of a brand re-development we worked with Jacob Bailey to create an online presence for All About Ipswich which they could use to communicate with local residents and visitors to the town. The website needed to become the official online guide to Ipswich, promoting the town and its links to Suffolk as the county town.

The Solution

Ipswich and Suffolk offer visitors a huge patchwork of things to do and explore. This acted as our inspiration. We created a website that begins to tell that brand story. A story where the elements can be manipulated and evolved to help show off Ipswich as more than just a town centre, and instead act as a true reflection of the diversity that it offers. A brand that can embrace photography, pattern and iconography in whatever media it’s applied to and never lose its way.

The website, built on our DestinationCore platform, showcases local knowledge and storytelling and integrates with Trip Advisor to provide the latest reviews on the best places to visit.
